• CoveredBee helps you share basic information so a licensed insurance agent can contact you and help you compare coverage options.
• CoveredBee is not an insurance company and doesn't issue policies. Coverage is provided by the insurance companies that issue it, under the terms of their policies.
• CoveredBee is not a government website and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov, Covered California, Medicare, or any government agency.
• Not every plan or insurance company is available through us or in every area. Your agent can tell you which options are available to you.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the site. Insurance products can only be offered in states where your agent is licensed.

Information on the site is general and for educational purposes only. It isn't a quote, an offer of coverage, or a promise that you'll qualify for a plan, a price, or savings such as premium tax credits.

Actual plans, prices, and eligibility are set by insurance companies and government programs, and depend on the full information you provide when you apply. Read your policy documents for the exact terms of any coverage.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is about you, or about someone you're authorized to act for. Don't submit someone else's information without their permission.

By submitting the quote form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that consent and in our Privacy Policy. Consent isn't a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us.

Using CoveredBee is free. Agents are generally paid a commission by the insurance company when a policy is sold. That commission is built into the plan's price and doesn't increase what you pay. You're never obligated to buy anything.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated information, or someone else's information without permission
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to get around its spam protection
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content or data, except to view it for your own personal use
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

The CoveredBee name, logo, mascot, text, and design are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

The site may link to other websites, such as Medicare.gov. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law, or any obligations we owe you as a licensed insurance agent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
